GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

Please prepare the following when inquiring a commission:

➤ A few references of what you'd like drawn and its purpose (ex. YouTube thumbnail, illustration, profile picture, etc.)

➤ A pose, theme, or pictures/art I may reference for the overall vibe the piece may have.

➤ Payments are done through PayPal invoices, using US Dollars as the currency, payment will be sent in full after the sketch has been confirmed.

➤ Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use only. Commercial usage must be discussed beforehand. Commercial usage will include, but not limited to: use of the art in Twitch streams, monetized YouTube videos, merchandise, etc. An additional payment will be done in any case that the art will be commercially used.

➤ All prices listed above are base prices, there will be an additional charge based on PayPal's fee.

➤ Commissions are generally done within 1 month after payment is received unless discussed otherwise.

➤ The piece will be sent over in PNG format through a google drive folder, the files will remain here so you are free to view/download the work within this folder at any time!

➤ I hold the rights over my commissions. (example: to post in my portfolio, use for publicity etc), and the right to live-stream or record the creation of the artwork, unless agreed upon differently.
➤ You must credit back to me every time you post my artwork online. This may be through tagging me in posts, mentioning in captions, etc. (Ex: Art by Kitsickles)

➤ The use of my artwork in any NFTs or AI generated art, including training AI models, advertising or profits associated with cryptocurrency is prohibited.

USE POLICY

You are allowed to transform my art in the following ways:
➤ Print the commissioned artwork for yourself.
➤ Crop and resize it to use on your website or social media accounts. (credit must be given somewhere)

You are not allowed to transform my art in the following ways:
➤ Color my sketches.
➤ Paint over my work.
➤ Edit over my work in a way that damages the original piece.
